1. General Information
We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 20 days of the purchase date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. Certain items, including perishable goods, personalized items, and items on sale, are not eligible for return.

Nudo products must be returned to the original place of purchase. Items that have been purchased in a store or supermarket, regrettably cannot be returned online.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@nudonaturemade.com

Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandis Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your returned item. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

In case you changed your mind and would like to return an item, Nudo is willing to refund your purchase within 20 days after your purchase. Please note that we only accept unopened products that are in their original sellable condition. The customer must take care of delivery and is responsible for postage charges.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. To exchange an item, please follow the same process outlined for returns.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Provide photos of the damaged or defective product for verification.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
