Self-care, in real life:
I didn’t create the "Inner Ritual" yoga playlist as a project, I created it as a need for myself.
A need to slow down.
A need to come back into my body.
A need to breathe, without performing.
A need to feel, without fixing.
I’m a founder and I’m a mother.
I carry my daughter a lot. In my arms, on my hips and body. And while I wouldn’t change that for anything, my back and hips feel it, my shoulders feel it and my energy feels it.
My days are full and my mind is often loud. And for a long time, self-care felt like something beautiful in theory, but distant in practice.
So I started asking myself a realistic question:
What would self-care look like if it was easy, if it was simple and adapted to my needs and time?

30 minutes of space
The idea of a 30-minute yoga playlist came from that place.
Not as a challenge or as something to be done “properly”. Just as a space.
A space to stretch.
To move slowly.
To listen to the body.
To soften the breath.
To release what has been held all day.
Sometimes I am able to do it in the morning, before everything begins. Sometimes my mornings are quite hectic, so I get to it in the evening, when the house is finally quiet. Sometimes I don’t use it at all. And that is okay, too. I don't want it to become another "to do" on my list, that is already long enough.
This playlist is not about discipline, it’s about permission.
Permission to slow down, to be where you are, permission to feel.

Moving as a form of care
I don’t practice yoga to have a "perfect" body (whatever that means). I practice yoga to stay connected to it, to release stress and tension.
Movement, for me, is not fitness. In fact I have never had such thing as a subscription to a fitness studio.
For me movement is listening, responding and taking care of myself, even if it's just for 30-minutes.
It is a way of saying: I see you. I’m here, you're carrying a lot. I’m not ignoring you.

Nudo's philosophy: self-care
"Inner Ritual" comes from the same place, from which I created Nudo. From the belief that self-care should support, not demand.
That it should simplify, not complicate.
That it should feel like nourishment, not another task.
Thus it's all about sustainability: how sustainable is my self-care for me, in my daily life?
It lives right next to:
- our Essential Skincare and Body Care, without excess
- our Vegan Supplements for Skin, Hair and Nails, taken as a quiet daily ritual
- our belief in Inside-Out Wellness, built over time, not forced
For me, these things belong together : movement, nourishment, presence.

A personal gift to the Nudo community
I wanted to share this playlist as a way of giving something back to the Nudo community.
Not a product or something to buy. Just something that has helped me, something very personal. Because Nudo has always been about honesty, not perfection. About real life, not ideal life. And this playlist is exactly that.
If my note to you has inspired you to take a 30-minutes break sometimes, listening to yourself and your body you can find the "Inner Ritual" Playlist here.
If it becomes a place for rest and self-care for you too, even for a moment, then it has meaning and would make me super happy.
This is my personal idea of self-care.
And this is the heart of Nudo.
Self-care, in real life.
With love,
Marijam
Founder of Nudo
